Production Method
Depending on climatic conditions, the grape picking seasong begins in September and is done by hand. The grapes are immediately taken off the stalk and pressed in the cellar using the "soft pressing" technique which ensures the maintaining of the complete aroma and natural composition of the fruit. Fermentation is until the complete breakdown of sugar occur. After which, natural settling takes place and the wine is then bottled.
Characteristics
Characteristics pale pink color of pink with the large bouquet of scents, from small red fruits, black currant, strawberry, rosa, florar flavors. Fresh, fruity with good length and balance.
Serving Suggestion
It's particulary suitable for appetizers, pizza in several versions, soups, cereals, pasta, seafood, white meats with mushrooms.
