| Massimo
Ciarcia’s Winery and Olive Estate
is an excellent example of how the farming traditions
of a Tuscan family, combined with modern working and
production techniques, can offer their customers top
products at a very good quality price ratio.
Massimo Ciarcia’s Winery and Olive Estate
uses traditional cultivation methods that have been
handed down from generation to generation that respect
the environment.
The
strength of the Ciaricia’s property is its red
wine Poggio Regio,
thanks to a balanced combination of Sangiovese and
Merlot grapes, aged for 12 months in French oak barriques
before being bottled.
The
estate offers another red as well, a semibarricato,
Le Carraie,
plus a production for wider consumption that is represented
by two labels, La Cappella,
white and red.
Last
but not least in quality, we find also as part of
Massimo Ciarcia’s production,
the precious Extravirgin
Olive Oil acquired from selected olives,
hand-picked and cold pressed, without the use of chemicals
or heat that alter the oils original natural properties.
