Production Area

Estate-owned vineyards located in the hilly area north of the town of Bibbona, on mixed clay soils rich in pebbles, well exposed to sunlight at an altitude of 60–70 meters above sea level.

Grape Variety

Vermentino, Trebbiano.

Production Technique

Harvest period during the first ten days of September, depending on seasonal climatic conditions, with manual harvesting. Selected grapes are gently pressed to preserve aromas and organoleptic qualities. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks until complete sugar depletion. After natural settling, the wine is bottled for commercial release.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Broad bouquet. Dry, fruity flavour with good persistence.

Food Pairings

Particularly suitable with traditional Tuscan fish dishes and white meats. Alcohol content 12.5%–13.5%. Serving temperature 10°C.
