Production Area

Estate-owned vineyards located in the hilly area north of the town of Bibbona, on mixed clay soils rich in pebbles, well exposed to sunlight at an altitude of 60–70 meters above sea level.

Grape Variety

Sangiovese.

Production Technique

Harvest period in mid-September, depending on seasonal climatic conditions, with manual harvesting. Selected grapes are gently pressed to preserve aromas and organoleptic qualities. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks until complete sugar depletion, followed by several months of ageing in stainless steel tanks and natural settling.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Pale pink colour with a broad aromatic bouquet of small red berries, currant, wild strawberry, rose and floral notes. Fresh, fruity taste with good persistence and balance.

Food Pairings

Particularly suitable with appetizers, pizza, cereal soups, pasta, fish-based dishes and white meats with mushrooms. Alcohol content 12%–13%. Serving temperature 10–12°C.
